Tucked away on a quiet lane, this uniquely designed beach-front villa of five distinctly themed buildings, a salt-water swimming pool, yoga deck, and exquisite landscaping offers a variety of places to gather or find solitude. Perfect for retreats, multi-family gatherings, or friends traveling together.
The large open rancho has dining capacity beyond guest count to accommodate special events such as small weddings, meetings or classes. Exclusive rental assures the private pool, multi-use rancho, yoga deck, and playroom are your's to enjoy fully. Extensive gardens combining shoreline vegetation and tropical plantings feature a unique outdoor shower.
Featuring four master bedroom/bathroom suites with the option of a 5th by converting the play room to a bedroom. Portable cribs and air-mattresses are available for up to 15 total.
Cleaning is $140 per stay. Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay. Laundry is $10 per wash/dry per load. 13% sales tax added to all bookings. 50% down payment to hold the reservation. Final 50% of payment due within 7 days of arrival. Refundable security/damage deposit of $400 due at check-in.

Rancho Doña
Gathering here in the spacious rancho, you’ll discover the owner’s passion for Craftsman style construction with the easy breezy Caribbean way of life celebrating the vibrance of the jungle.
Doña boasts a large well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a generous prep island, cupboards well stocked with prep, cooking and serving equipment and materials. An abundance of counter space and two sinks welcome many hands helping.
Wall-less on three sides, enjoy bright light, airy breezes and beautiful scenery at every turn. The kitchen connects to the BBQ/grilling area, located adjacent to the pool. The dining area is framed with a charming Coffee & Cocktail Bar. Equipped with a small fridge, sink, filtered water and all the tools and toys you need to prepare your AM or PM beverages. PS, there is no clock to tell you what time it is!
Indoor seating and dining areas surrounded by covered decks blurring the lines between inside and outside. Decking extends the rancho, to the pool, with it’s beach entry, wet deck, and deep plunge, it’s designed to fit nearly every taste. A poolside bath accommodates guests without need to enter private rooms.
Assorted seating areas are modular, allowing you to organize the space into clusters of intimate seating or assembled together for comfortable seating around a common area. Three identical tables can be positioned into separate dining/work spaces, or configured in a number of shapes to accommodate meetings or instruction areas.
Casita Elsea
Elsea, a two-story unit doused in the colors of the Caribbean Sea, is adaptable to one or two private master bedroom/bath suites, featuring a play room on the first floor and a master-bedroom suite at tree level. Enjoy a nap on the porch swinging gently in your hammock while the sounds and sweet ocean breezes coax you into full tranquilo mode.
A spacious play room provides seating which opens onto the deck. Enjoy ping-pong or board games or just stretch out on a pair of futons. A compact kitchenette provides a refrigerator, microwave and coffee service. The 3/4 bathroom is compact but well-stocked with quality linens and personal care products. The pair of Bali-style sofas convert comfortably to two XL Twins or one King-sized bed.
Upstairs, a grand master bed and bath suite bathes you in Caribbean blues, with beach-inspired decor and views out over the sand to the sea. Barn doors frame the bed, or close off the bathroom from the sleeping area. A cushioned lounge area provides sleeping for a child or small adult. Ceiling fans cool, even when the breezes cease to blow off the sea.
Private veranda looks seaward at an unobstructed view of the wildlife crossing–monkeys, sloths and macaws are common–after all, this really is their place, we’re the visitors.
The generous bathroom area includes a walk-in shower with an ocean inspired rock mosaic, a toilet stall for modesty and a generous vanity area.
Casita Viola
A single story unit, Viola is nestled in the garden, growing camouflaged with her vining plants and extensive green. A footpath leads you through gardens to your own little oasis.
The roomy deck provides seating with a hammock to wistfully swing away the warm afternoon, breezes filtered through the beachfront vegetation are supplemented by an overhead fan.
The cottage boasts a one-of-kind atrium bathroom. Bathe in a clawfoot tub nestled in a private indoor garden with salt air breezes blowing through the generous screened windows. The oversized shower features a rain shower head and a wand among potted palms, planted walls and quality hand made bath products. An extensive mixed-media mosaic, skylights and screened windows blur the outside and inside, while generous plantings inside and out assure modesty.
A kitchenette allows you to enjoy your first cup of coffee without leaving the casita, or sequester yourself away eating your leftovers stored in the fridge and reheated in the microwave provided. We get it, you may not want to leave.
Cabinas
Berta & Nonni
Just a few meters from the pool and rancho, Berta and Nonni sit side-by-side, each with a private patio featuring a hammock, comfy seating and views of gardens on opposite sides. Each offers coffee service in the room and a full bath (toilet, shower, and vanity) behind a sliding door. The beds in each room are available as two twins or connected with a quality memory foam topper to create an enormous king sized bed.
Berta is decked out in bold orange accents which are borrowed from the plantings outside. While Nonni offers a palette of pink. Both cabinas are accessed without any steps, and Nonni is modified to avoid any angles that might hinder a wheelchair or walker.
